This week @Vaccines is curated by a team from the United Nations Foundation Shot@Life campaign. Elizabeth Atalay (@elizabethatalay), Ilina Ewen (@ilinaP), Nicole Morgan (@thesistershood) and Nicolette Springer (@endlessprojects) are outspoken advocates for children, especially when it comes to providing access to vaccines in the developing world. These writers, digital media producers, and vocal champions for global health will be live tweeting from the Social Good Summit and United Nations General Assembly in New York City. They believe that all children deserve a shot at life, no matter where in the world they live.  Follow along to learn about their fantastic #vaccineswork, and don’t hesitate to tweet them your questions.

Shot@Life is a campaign of the United Nations Foundation. The UN Foundation builds public-private partnerships to address the world’s most pressing problems, and broadens support for the United Nations through advocacy and public outreach. Shot@Life aims to ensure that children around the world have access to life-saving vaccines. Through education, advocacy and fundraising we strive to decrease vaccine-preventable childhood deaths and give every child a shot at a healthy life no matter where they live.
