Kenneth G Lay

Kenneth G Lay was Treasurer of the World Bank from 2006 through 2010. He is currently Managing Director of the Rock Creek Group, an asset management firm based in Washington, DC and also chairs the Board of Directors of the International Finance Facility for Immunisation.
